Welcome to Dolorosa Worship Center
Here, our church family strives to grow continually in God's will for our lives. Nestled in the agricultural community of Pelion, South Carolina, you will find a loving church family that is accepting of all God's people. Our motto is to Disciple, Worship, and Connect. As we follow Christ we grow in our disciplines of our faith. We believe in worshiping our Father through every aspect of our lives, through Sunday Services and serving the community. We desire to connect with each other through discipleship groups and service projects.
We do all this because of our Savior, Jesus. Our Father loved us so much, He sent His son. We, in turn, share this love with each other. We "Thank God For Jesus!"
Adults, students and children alike join in worshiping our Father, while being discipled in a deeper relationship with Jesus, our Savior.
Sunday School for all ages begin at 10 AM.
Worship Services begin at 10:45 AM.
Each Sunday morning, our children are enriched with interactive learning games, crafts and Children's worship. Our preschoolers to 5th Grades start in Sunday School at 10 AM, then join our Worship Service at 10:45. After worship, elementary aged students dismiss for their very own Worship Service.
Nursery and Mother's Room is available.
Students from 6th grade to college age, meet each Wednesday at 7 PM in the Family Resource Center. During this time they connect socially, spiritually and relationally in Christ.
